Who We Are
CIM Agency Pty Ltd provides an economical single agency arrangement to its Partners to manage the equity investments on behalf of the Producers, Funding Bodies, Distributors and associated Organisations that have an equity investment in content production based on the PIA’s and LIA’s arrangements along with residuals, royalty and project management.
Why It Is Needed
Our agency provides an independent option in relation to a range of services that are economical, flexible and tailored to meet our Partners needs. It makes absolute sense to have disbursement and residuals managed under one business for both Producers and Investors. As Screen Australia and the South Australian Film Corporation no longer provide disbursement services and our comprehensive experience setting up business processes managing disbursement, we believe that there needs to be an alternative economical business option to what currently exists which does not attract high administration and set-up fees for these services.

We provide a range of services to our customers allowing us to do what we do best which is managing content. We believe everybody is entitled to the best price we can offer for these services with honest and transparent pricing that respects our customers with no hidden fees.
